Whilst you are an Apprentice you will be paid a salary. You will also have a mentor who ensures that your training fits with your job requirements and offers the skills needed for your role.

All Apprenticeship frameworks include Functional Skills: Communications, Numeracy and ICT


Work Skills Development

This programme offers either individuals or employers to buy into development training that will both enhance the workforce skills and also support the individual to aspire to both their ability and earning potential. Courses also support SMEs in becoming sustainable by having the skills required related to Leadership and Management, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Teaching and Learning.

The training will be delivered within the MCDT training suite with the option for organisations to have onsite training if they have 8 or more employees that require the training.

 

  • Leadership and Management Levels 3/4/5

  • Award in Education (PTLLS) Level 3

  • Safeguarding Training

  • Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace Level 2
